Amplitude de movimento no treinamento de força: Uma revisão narrativa

Resumo

A amplitude de movimento (ADM) dos exercícios do treinamento de força tem sido tópico de diversos estudos originais nos últimos anos. Portanto, o objetivo deste trabalho será realizar uma revisão narrativa sobre a manipulação da ADM no treinamento de força. Para a realização da presente revisão, foram selecionados artigos originais em português e inglês nas bases de dados Pubmed e Google Acadêmico. Os estudos revisados reportaram superioridade do treinamento com ADM completa em relação a variações com ADM parcial com a musculatura encurtada no desenvolvimento de medidas de força e hipertrofia. Entretanto, os estudos demonstram maior resposta hipertrófica quando os exercícios demandam maior alongamento muscular ou são realizados com ADM parcial com a musculatura mais alongada.
