Aerobic performance of beginners table tennis players submitted to high intensity interval training
Abstract
Introduction: The practice of table tennis requires numerous dynamic actions, so it is extremely important to know the factors for practitioners and to the new formulations of practical models of the game. Objective: Improve to performance physical and technical of the game. Material and Methods: For this purpose, 10 subjects (23,90 ± 10,03 years; 175,20 ± 8,30cm; 69,85 ± 10,58kg) were selected, participants of constant training, divided in two groups, Training (TG) to High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and Control (CG). Results: Differences were observed between Training and Control groups compared Post Robot Test with significantly increase test time for Training Group (Student's t-test, Shapiro Wilk; p<0,05). Conclusion: The training group obtained better physical performance confirme the propose of HIIT.
