Influence of the resistance training in the economy of race in endurance corridors
Abstract
Actually, in high performance sports, the search for better resulted and the overcoming of the records makes with that the preparation of the athletes has a great importance. An improvement of the economy of race on the part of the athletes of endurance, means one better performance and a lesser consuming in its tests, what, certainly, it is essential in the sport of high income. Some methodologies of training are used for an increment in the measure of race economy, amongst them the force training are one of the strategies used in combination with the specific training of the athletes. The objective of the work consists of analyzing referring literature to the diverse methodologies of force training, its applications and relations with the training of runners of endurance, emphasizing possible benefits in the measure of race economy. Referring scientific literature to the influence and relationof the force training and an alteration of performance of the athletes of endurance still is restricted, being necessary greaters studies to elucidate with clarity the adaptations of these two ways of training in set in the preparation them athlete.
