Physical exercise on quality of life inpatients with heart failure
Abstract
Heart failure is characterized by being one of the major challenges of health programs in the coming years. The need imposed by the increasingly intense work, coupled with poor diet, lack of exercise and practice of not consulting the medical specialist when the first signs and symptoms are presented, contributing greatly to the increased mortality associated with this syndrome as a program and health system that do not meet the population needs to fall off the quality of life. For all the factors, changes in the body as a whole are huge, in generating physiological effects chain with incalculable harm to the individual. As the therapeutic action takes care to maintain the function of organs, physical activity promotes favorable adjustments, resulting in improved quality of life.
