Subjective indicators of health and quality of life in workers subjected to exercises in the workplace
Abstract
The article focuses on assessing the subjective indicators of health and quality of life of workers in Central Gas Distribution, in order to demonstrate the perception of employees on the care of the gymnastics program to their needs to prevent RSI / WMSD. Activities that man develops and organizational and environmental conditions within which it is their different systems, devices and organs of the body are requested and function differently. With regard to work organization and worker health, the methods simple and highly repetitive, as occurs sectors Center Gas Distribution has the disadvantage of requiring always the same contraction of muscle groups and use the same postures thus enabling a intense physical overload, cognitive and emotional in such workers. One way to prevent and / or minimize the process of fatigue and other health problems that are related to the tasks the workers in this company is developing a Workplace Exercise with its benefits. This quantitative study was conducted with 30 employees, with two outs, leaving 28 subjects forresearch in a Center Gas Distribution through a questionnaire with personal data, general health indicators and IPAQ that the statistical approach that will data enable the analysis of data using charts and frequency tables, so we can understand the need to practice a more active Labor Gymnastics for its employees for the purposes of preventing health and a better quality of life. However, the evidence is that the company also benefits from the presence of GL, with this program because it will have on its staff with individuals more willing, motivated and with less risk of being afflicted with occupational diseases or stress.
