Comparison de answers hemodinamicas during an indoor cycling class
Abstract
This study will examine aspects hemodynamic in response to physical activity, will be discussed here in order to compare the different responses of the heart rate, blood pressure, double the product and the subjective perception of effort into aerobic exercise. Part of this study 6 women trained to at least 1 year in the activity in which it was evaluated. The measures of PA and CF were made every 5 minutes until the end of the 45 minutes of class, being evaluated in the standing position, using it is a device for this type of mark Ladder ® model HEM 650INT; And monitor on the CF mark Polar S120 ® model. The results of this study shows that for this group of individuals the values of the DP class of RPM are within the parameters of normality in relation to cardiovascular effort and overhead.
