Comparative study of anaerobic threshold of futsal athletes between pre and high season
Abstract
Futsal is one of the fastest growing collective modalities in the last ten years, but even with this increase remains little studied by the scientific community. In a futsal game all sources of energy are used by athletes (aerobic, anaerobic lactic and anaerobic alactic) being the sprints predominant stimuli in a match. The purpose of this study was to compare the anaerobic threshold of soccer players between the pre and high seasons. The sample consisted of 20 professional players (27.7 + / -5.1 years) were evaluated in the two moments. The findings of the study showed that there was variation in the anaerobic threshold in speed valences and anaerobic threshold in limVO2máx%
