It analyzes of athlete of referring volleyball injuries to the position exerted in squares
Abstract
The goal of this study went to identify of the volleyball players main injuries, specifing the injuries of the most incidence according to the tactical and specific function practiced by athlete. Materials and Methods: This analysis went realized with 84 athletes, being women 49% (n= 41) and men 51% (n= 43) of different positions and ages. Result and Discussion: show us that the middle of net is the specify position where occurs the most numbers of injuries about women, being the ankle twist with 28% and hands and fingers luxation with 21%. Already in males the points appear with the most incidences of injuries being the ankle twist with 42% and shoulder inflammation tendon with 33%. This show us that the majority of these injuries happen in the defense moment when the athlete gets around and leaps to execute the net block, and the attack in the net executed with the majority frequency for the points. Conclusion: What take us to conclude that the displacement to increase the incidence of ankle twists as much leaps as realized to the attack and blocks and fingers luxation gives as well in this moment and shoulders inflammation tendon due to an excess of repetitions executed in the training sessions and games.
