Kinesiology analysis of the volleyball skills: content for prescribing the neuromuscular training -strength and flexibility
Abstract
The neuromuscular training for the volleyball player is composed by strength and flexibility training. The literature of the volleyball recommends that the strength session the athlete should practice the preparation of special strength, the volleyball player performs the sportive gesture of each skill, while the stretching session, the player needs to stretch the muscles involved in volleyball skill, called of specific stretching. The objective of the study was to determine the joint movements of the volleyball skills to establish the exercises of preparation of special strength and of the specific stretching. The author of the study calculated the volleyball skills, after practiced kinesiology analysis of these sports techniques and then the author determined some exercises for the strength and flexibility training. In conclusion, the kinesiology analysis of the volleyball skills is an essential task for the neuromuscular training, strength and flexibility
