International questionnaire of physical activity applied in practitioner of muscular activity
Abstract
The International Questionnaire of Physical Activity (IPAQ) it was originally developed with the purpose of esteeming the level of practice of physical activity of populations of different countries. The objective of this study was to analyze the association of the IPAQ version it tans in apprentices of muscular activity of the Winner Sport Fitnnes Academy. The sample was constituted by 60 individuals (30 men and 30 women) with ages between 25 and 35 years, where they were obtained by solemnity-report. The accomplished tests were analyzed through the index of corporal mass (IMC), percentile of fat (%GC) and relationship waist hip (RCQ) where all the individuals answered to the international questionnaire of physical activity. The obtained results demonstrate that there was not association between the international questionnaire of physical activity and the morphologic valency.
