Alterations of the physiological variable in the lapsing of exercises for training resisted with weights with objective of physical conditioning
Abstract
The weight training has been practiced increasingly in academies with different purposes proposals as the goals of hypertrophy, slimming and physical condition-ing . This study measure two of these methods through the measure of physiological variables, and Lactate, Glycemic index. Chosen two female individuals and two males to carry out the study. Was performed to evaluate physical of VO2 Max in Wake and maximum load test resisted voluntarily in the implementation of the Leg Press, Bench Press and Pulley. After collection of values, individuals executed two protocols training, one in multiple series and a circuit series. The protocols follow percentage of weight suggested by the literature as the simulation of a training of hypertrophy and one of slimming respectively. During implementation of the protocols was held in the collection of lactate Glycemic Index to quantify the physiological variables in question. The purpose of the study which is to assess which method generates less metabolic stress the individual concluded that for individuals classified as intermediaries both methods of training has values close to lactate and glucose. For individuals trained the difference in the performance of both protocols but there is little significant but the method circuit keeps values below the lactate, and only in a individual that is that the highly trained trainingwith multiple series has considerable difference regarding lactate the training circuit, that due to the ability of the individual to bear loads higher intensive work in the series.
