Rango de movimiento en el entrenamiento de fuerza: Una revisión narrativa

Resumen

El rango de movimiento (ROM) de los ejercicios de entrenamiento de fuerza ha sido tema de varios estudios originales en los últimos años. Por tanto, el objetivo de este trabajo será realizar una revisión narrativa sobre la manipulación del ROM en el entrenamiento de fuerza. Para realizar esta revisión, se seleccionaron artículos originales en portugués e inglés de las bases de datos Pubmed y Google Scholar. Los estudios revisados ​​reportaron la superioridad del entrenamiento con ROM completo en relación a variaciones con ROM parcial con músculos acortados en el desarrollo de medidas de fuerza e hipertrofia. Sin embargo, los estudios demuestran una mayor respuesta hipertrófica cuando los ejercicios requieren un mayor estiramiento muscular o se realizan con ROM parcial con músculos más elongados.
