Efecto agudo del estiramiento dinámico en el salto vertical: revisión sistemática y metanálisis

Resumen

El objetivo del estudio fue determinar la cantidad de ejercicios de estiramiento de los miembros inferiores que provoca el mejor salto vertical. Este estudio siguió la metodología propuesta por PRISMA para revisión sistemática y metanálisis. Los estudios fueron identificados en la base de datos desde octubre de 2013 hasta febrero de 2014. La búsqueda bibliográfica se realizó en las revistas Google Scholar, Research Gate, PubMed, Medline, Scielo, Dialnet y CAPES. Los estudios que se incluyeron en la revisión sistemática y el metanálisis tuvieron un total de 14 búsquedas. El tamaño del efecto de 1 a 5 ejercicios de estiramiento dinámico fue de 13,19 ± 28 (efecto grande) y el tamaño del efecto de 6 o más ejercicios de estiramiento dinámico fue de 0,48 ± 0,4 (efecto pequeño). La prueba de Shapiro Wilk determinó que los datos no son normales y el histograma mostró que los datos no son normales. La prueba U de Mann-Whitney detectó una diferencia no significativa (U = 15, p = 0,52) entre 1 a 5 ejercicios de estiramiento dinámico versus 6 más ejercicios de estiramiento dinámico. Sin embargo, de 1 a 5 ejercicios de estiramiento dinámico tuvieron mejores saltos con contramovimiento. En conclusión, parece que de 1 a 5 ejercicios de estiramiento dinámico provocan un mejor salto con contramovimiento, sin embargo, se necesitan más estudios sobre este tema para corroborar esta afirmación.
