Profilo fisico e fisiologico delle giocatrici di futsal

Abstract

Il profilo fisico e fisiologico dei giocatori di futsal è associato alle prestazioni tecniche, tattiche, fisiche e fisiologiche. Obiettivo: Identificare il profilo fisico e fisiologico delle giocatrici di futsal, nonché correlare le variabili antropometriche e di composizione corporea con gli indicatori di prestazione fisiologica nel futsal. Materiali e metodi: hanno partecipato allo studio diciannove atleti di un team universitario. Sono stati valutati BM, altezza, BMI, % BF e % FFM. VO2max, HRmax, vVO2max, VT1 e VT2 e YOYO-IR1 sono stati valutati mediante un test aerobico massimale. APP, APAVG, RPP, RPAVG, TW e %FI sono stati determinati dal Wingate Test. Risultati: Il profilo fisico consisteva in una massa corporea di 63,3±12,06 kg, BMI 24±3,35 (kg.m-2), %BF 26,3±3,7 e% FFM 73,6±4,9. Il profilo fisiologico era costituito da VO2max assoluto 2720,7±391,8 ml.min-1, VO2max relativo 44,5 ± 5,6 ml.kg-1.min-1, vVO2max 13,3 ± 1,5 km.h-1, FCmax 193,7±7,4, VT1 34,2±3,5 ml.kg-1.min-1, VT2 39,9±4,4 ml.kg-1.min-1, APP 562,3±71,5 (W), APAVG 403±40,8 (W), RPP 9±1,03 W.kg- 1, RPAVG 6,5±0,8 W.kg-1, TW 12090±1224 (J) e %FI 48,55±7,42. È stata stabilita una correlazione negativa tra %BF e distanza percorsa in YoYo-RI1 (p<0.02; r=-0.6), VO2max relativo (p<0.00; r=-0.7), vVO2max (p < 0.01; r=-0.5), VT2 (p<0,02; r=-0,5) e RPP (p<0,00; r=-0,7). È stata stabilita una correlazione positiva significativa tra %FFM e distanza percorsa in YoYo-IR1 (p<0,05; r=0,6), VO2max relativo (p<0,00; r=0,7), vVO2max (p<0,01; r=0,5), VT2 (p<0,01; r=0,5) e RPP (p<0,00 r=0,7). Conclusione: i giocatori di futsal avevano una composizione corporea e valori di VO2max normali, ma la capacità anaerobica era notevolmente debole.
