Gamma di movimento nell'allenamento della forza: Una revisione narrativa

Abstract

Il range di movimento (ROM) degli esercizi di allenamento per la forza è stato oggetto di numerosi studi originali negli ultimi anni. Pertanto, l’obiettivo di questo lavoro sarà quello di effettuare una revisione narrativa sulla manipolazione del ROM nell’allenamento della forza. Per effettuare questa revisione, sono stati selezionati articoli originali in portoghese e inglese dai database Pubmed e Google Scholar. Gli studi esaminati hanno riportato la superiorità dell’allenamento con ROM completo rispetto alle variazioni con ROM parziale con muscoli accorciati nello sviluppo delle misure di forza e ipertrofia. Tuttavia, gli studi dimostrano una maggiore risposta ipertrofica quando gli esercizi richiedono un maggiore allungamento muscolare o vengono eseguiti con ROM parziale con muscoli più allungati.
