Ipertrofia del massimo gluteo: sollevamento pelvico sulla panca con bilanciere rispetto allo squat libero con la massima ampiezza di movimento
Abstract
Introduzione: Il sistema muscolare è costituito da strutture forti e ben sviluppate, una delle quali è il gruppo muscolare gluteo. Ogni gruppo muscolare è suddiviso in strutture diverse e, in base al punto di origine, inserzione e innervazione, un muscolo può avere maggiore o minore attivazione. Ciò può generare ipertrofia muscolare, attraverso processi come tensione meccanica e stress metabolico. Le differenze anatomiche di ciascun individuo possono determinare la forma di ciascun gluteo. Ciò può essere migliorato rafforzando i muscoli glutei, soprattutto nelle donne, in modo che la postura sia adatta al movimento. La letteratura suggerisce che gli squat con bilanciere libero e i sollevamenti pelvici possono generare una maggiore attivazione e livello di ipertrofia del massimo gluteo rispetto ad altri esercizi. Obiettivo: analizzare se il livello di attivazione e ipertrofia del grande gluteo è maggiore quando si esegue il sollevamento pelvico rispetto allo squat libero. Materiali e metodi: revisione narrativa della letteratura, in quanto le fonti sono banche dati come PubMed, Scielo, Lilacs, Web of Science e Bireme e tesi e dissertazioni in repertori universitari pubblici, nonché libri fisici e digitali. La ricerca ha seguito il criterio di 10 anni di pubblicazione, ovvero dal 2012 al 2022. Conclusione: affinché un processo di ipertrofia del massimo gluteo sia più efficace, potrebbe essere molto interessante combinare entrambi gli esercizi, essendo eseguiti in base al livello di maggiore contrazione muscolare attività. Inoltre, per ottimizzare l'attivazione del grande gluteo, soprattutto per chi lo ha indebolito, l'attivazione eseguita con gli elastici può essere un ottimo metodo per migliorare l'attività muscolare negli squat e negli esercizi di lifting pelvico.
