Amplitude de movimento no treino de força: Uma revisão narrativa

Resumo

A amplitude de movimento (ADM) dos exercícios de treino de força tem sido tema de vários estudos originais nos últimos anos. Assim sendo, o objetivo deste trabalho será realizar uma revisão narrativa sobre a manipulação da ADM no treino de força. Para a realização da presente revisão foram selecionados artigos originais em português e inglês nas bases de dados Pubmed e Google Scholar. Os estudos revistos reportaram superioridade do treino com ADM completa em relação às variações com ADM parcial com a musculatura encurtada no desenvolvimento de medidas de força e hipertrofia. No entanto, os estudos demonstram uma maior resposta hipertrófica quando os exercícios exigem um maior alongamento muscular ou são realizados com ADM parcial com a musculatura mais alongada.
